Most questions are answered on the home page FAQ, which covers pricing, free designs, supported rooms, editing results and privacy.

Billing and refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring a purchase

Open the app menu and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple Account entitlement; no login is required.

Reporting a problem with a design

If a generated design looks wrong or contains unexpected content, email us the design and the style you chose so we can reproduce it.
